Nitro's Torment Blurb

The Sydney Storm MC are back and war is coming.
Nitro’s Torment takes the Storm MC to a new level. Dark, gritty and fast-paced, this book is an adrenaline ride right to the very last page.

Tatum Lee is a pain in my ass.
She’s stubborn, full of attitude, and she doesn’t like to do what she’s told.
And yet, at a time when I should be focusing on the war my club is at, she consumes my mind because she’s also fearless and fierce, and I’ve never met a woman like her.

The thing about war, though, is the minute you let your focus drop, your enemy rises up and attacks. And sometimes they bring you to your knees in ways you never imagined.

The other thing about war? You learn just what you’re capable of doing to protect those you love.

One month.
One movie.
One shot at a second chance.
I fell madly in love at first sight with Jane Lewis.
The girl with bright blue eyes, a pretty smile, and great ass owned my heart. I thought she was happy with the status quo, but ten years later, I foolishly let her go. Despite dating other women, no one compares to my first love. We are meant to be together, and I’m going to try my damnedest to convince her of that.
Luke Anders tricked me. The deal was sealed before I knew he was behind it.
We agreed to be just friends. Simple. Easy. But it’s not just the weather that’s hot in Texas. I was a fool to think I could resist him. He knows how to work his charms and those kissable lips, that great jaw, and biceps. We are here to work, but he has become downright distracting.
I’m strong. I can handle one month of his flirtatious sexual torture. But if I happen to fall in bed with that sexy bastard for a night, or three, does that make me weak? Asking for a friend, of course.
I guess I’m about to find out when love gets messy, it’s not just the talk that’s dirty.

Blurb

Everything you've heard about modeling is true, and you haven't heard the half of it.

It's glamorous.

It's sexy.

And yes, the line between work and reality often blurs.

We're not just prototypes of perfection. Models have feelings and desires, too. We may be genetically gifted, but we're still human.

I'm only human. Yes, an extraordinary specimen that earns more in a day than most make in a year, but this eight pack didn't create itself. I spend hours working on this body. The good looks just come natural. *Winks* Thanks, Mom and Dad.

I'm Danny Weston, Supermodel.

But one path was traded for another when I chose this career. Ten years later, I would trade my career to have it back. To have her back.

Reese Carmichael is the one woman I would give it all up for, and the only one I can't have. Yet.

New York Times and USA Bestselling Author, S. L. Scott, was always interested in the arts. She grew up painting, writing poetry and short stories, and willing her days away lost in a good book and the movies.
With a degree in Journalism, she continued her love of the written word by reading American authors like Salinger and Fitzgerald. She was intrigued by their flawed characters living in picture perfect worlds, but could still debate that the world those characters lived in were actually the flawed ones. This dynamic of leaving the reader invested in the words, inspired Scott to start writing with emotion while interjecting an underlying passion into her own stories.

Living in the capital of Texas with her family, Scott loves traveling and avocados, beaches, and cooking with her kids. She's obsessed with epic romances and loves a good plot twist. She dreams of seeing one of her own books made into a movie one day as well as returning to Europe. Her favorite color is blue, but she likens it more toward the sky than the emotion. Her home is filled with the welcoming symbol of the pineapple and finds surfing a challenge though she likes to think she's a pro.

Shadow by Marie James Release Blitz!

Title: Shadow
Series: Cerberus MC #3
Author: Marie James
Genre: Contemporary Romance/MC
Release Date: August 3, 2016

Blurb

Morrison “Shadow” Griggs, VP of the Cerberus MC, is a force to be reckoned with. Women fall at his feet, willing to do almost anything for a night with him.

Misty Bowen is the exception. She’s young and impressionable, but with her religious upbringing, she’s able to resist Shadow’s advances… for a while at least.

Never one to look back on past conquests, Shadow is surprised that he’s intrigued by Misty, which only grows more when she seems to be done with him without a word.

Being ghosted by a twenty-one-year-old is not the norm where he’s concerned, and the rejection doesn’t sit right with him.

Life goes on, however, until Misty shows up on the doorstep of the Cerberus MC clubhouse with a surprise that rocks his entire world off of its axis.

With only the clothes on her back and the consequences of her lies and deceit, Misty needs help now more than she ever has. Alone in the world and desperate for help, she turns to the one man she thought she’d never see again.

Shadow would never turn his back on a woman in need, but his inability to forgive has always been his main character flaw. Unintended circumstances have cast Misty into his life, but will he have the ability to keep his distance when her situation necessitates a closeness he’s never dreamed of having with a woman?

Review:

Kincaid:
I enjoyed this book! It had enough action to keep a reader interested but balanced it out with the emotions of the characters. I really loved Kincaid and Emma as a couple and as separate characters. Not to mention the characters that weren't the two main ones were just as alive feeling and imperfect as Kincaid and Emma, making me excited to read their stories in the future!

The writing was well done and the flow was great! I never wanted to put this book down! Not to mention the plot kept things hopping, whether that be with emotional happenings or actual, physical happenings.

Kid:
Continuing the series, it was another knock out of the park for Marie James as the story of Kid and Khloe. Again the writing was superb and the plot was an interesting if emotional story. But Marie James definitely succeeded at the emotional story. Khloe and Kid each had their own problems that needed to be dealt with and getting into their heads was always a welcome experience to try to understand what was going on.

I really enjoyed this book and look forward to Shadow as well!

Shadow:

Marie James just keeps rocking the awesome and the pain as well. Shadow and Misty's story is not an easy one to swallow and both characters go through a lot of things so that they can be a family with their son. It was a beautiful, heartfelt story with the usual bikers in attendance as you get updates on the family that surrounds the two as well.

The writing and plot was well thought out and I really enjoyed the happy ending! I look forward to seeing more of the Cerberus MC in the future!

EXCERPT

“Fancy seeing you here, Darlin’,” I whisper into the neck of the familiar female.

I see her smile, turning her head slightly toward mine.

“Shadow,” she says softly as if she’s seen me prior to now and was waiting for me to come to her.

“Let’s dance,” I say grabbing her hand and walking her out to the small dance floor.

I met Misty Bowen months ago when several of the Cerberus MC members traveled to Denver with Kincaid, our president, to help find his cousin’s abducted girlfriend. She was working in the front office of the school Josie worked at and was abducted from. Being there was routine for me, part of my job was to canvas the area and see if anyone had seen anything unusual leading up to the kidnapping.

What wasn’t routine was my heart skipping a beat and my cock thickening in my jeans at the sight of the young, dark-haired beauty answering calls at the front desk of the elementary school. Not one to deny myself, I pursued her relentlessly in my down time in Denver, finally catching her a few days before the mission ended in finding Josie alive, tied up in a closet in a meth den. It was actually Misty who called and gave me the heads up that a little girl came and reported her parents for keeping a woman tied up in their house.

She was the consummate, attentive lover, keen on any suggestion I made. We’re back in Denver for Josie and Kaleb’s wedding. I’m slow dancing with the girl I never thought I’d see again. To be honest, I’m an asshole, and I haven’t given her much thought since the last time I climbed out of the hotel bed, leaving her asleep without so much as a kiss on the cheek.

Seeing her now with her dark hair pulled up high on her head, leaves me with a little bit of regret, wondering if I shouldn’t have handled things differently. She’s gorgeous in her conservative, black dress as we sway to the music. I came to this wedding with every intention of finding a chick to take back to my room, but I also never considered that Misty would be here. It’s perfect actually because I know she’ll be willing to accompany me without much of a fight. This gives me more time with her body than if I had to woo some other chick tonight.

“I guess I should have expected you to be here,” I say into her hair as I lead her around the dance floor. “I know you and Josie are friends.”

She nods. “I wouldn’t have missed it for the world. I didn’t think the rescuing bikers would come back though.”

“We always show up for family,” I say in explanation.

The song fades from one song to another more upbeat song, one I wouldn’t be caught dead dancing to. “I’m gonna grab drink, Darlin’. I know you’re not old enough, but you want a water? Coke maybe?”

She grins mischievously. “I’ll have a martini.” I cock an eyebrow at her. “I turned twenty-one last month.”

“Martini it is,” I say wrapping my arm around her waist as we make our way to the bar.

We drink. We dance. We stumble to my room in the hotel a few hours later.

Through the haze of alcohol, I clumsily remove her clothes, licking, kissing, and sucking every inch of her body that comes close to my mouth. She does the same.

She was shy and reserved the first time I managed to get her under me, but in a matter of days I managed to turn her into the minx she is now pawing at my clothes.

“Fuck,” I groan when she bites my nipple just a little too hard.

I pick her up and toss her on the bed, undressing myself to avoid further injury to either one of us. I grab the condom from my wallet before shucking off my slacks. I’m sure I pop a button off my white shirt in my haste to get it off my body.

I stare over at her, legs spread wide, hands groping at her full breasts.

“Damn, Darlin’,” I say walking to the bed and tearing at the condom wrapper with my teeth. “Don’t get started without me.”

I crawl between her legs. The shift in the mattress causes me to lose my balance. I fall to my side, but right myself quickly. I pick up the rubber that bounced out of my hand and begin rolling it down my throbbing cock, watching Misty’s face. Her eyes are hooded, and looking down to the apex of her thighs I can see her arousal glistening in the low light of the room.

“Goddamn it,” I spit when the thin latex tears in my fingers.

“What’s wrong?” she purrs.

I rip the ruined condom off my cock and sit back on my heels, hands on my thighs. “That was my only fucking condom.”

She shakes her head. “I’m on the pill,” she pants reaching for my dick, stroking it in long firm pulls. “I haven’t been with anyone since you.”

I pull her hand off me, but rather than tell her that’s not going to happen, the bourbon changes my mind. I spread her legs and line my bare cock against her entrance.

“Yes,” she begs.

I thrust into her in one stroke, loving the way she encapsulates me. Hot, tight, perfect pussy quivers along my length as I lean over her. Slanting my mouth slightly, I kiss her sloppily. She doesn’t seem to mind and gives just as good as she gets.

I feel her legs wrap around my hips, and I plunge even deeper. I can feel her breasts shifting and moving from the pounding, relentless drives of my hips.

Her whimper is the first sign of her impending orgasm, so I grind my hips, rotating my body against her clit. Nails dig deep into my back as she clenches around me. I swallow her cries of ecstasy and give her mine as I explode inside of her.

“Fuck, Misty.” I kiss her again. “This pussy is going to be the death of me.”

She nips at my chin as I pull out of her and flop on my back. My breathing is erratic, and I hate the way the cold air hits my dick so soon after leaving the warmth of her body. I hear my cell phone chime a text. Looking at the bedside table, I see that it’s after two in the morning. Only important shit hits my phone this late.

I reach into the pocket of my slacks and pull my phone out.

Kincaid: Wrench is in town. Get your ass over here.

Kincaid and Emmalyn are staying at Kaleb and Josie’s tonight, and he has a pretty good sixth sense about shit like this, so I know he’s not just being overprotective over his girl.

I climb out of the bed and begin pulling my clothes back on. Once dressed, I lean over Misty who still has a sated smile on her face.

“I have to go, Darlin’.”

Her smile falters slightly before she tugs her lips back up. I lean in and take her dark nipple into my mouth, sucking it to a hardened peak. I mentioned I’m an asshole right? I need to make sure that she’s down to meet up again should I find my way back to Denver anytime soon.

I kiss her long and hard before walking out of the room to make sure my club president and his woman are safe.

Seth by Jo Raven Cover Reveal!

✯COVER REVEAL ✯

SETH (Damage Control 3)

by Jo Raven

Model: Jack Wellon
Photographer: Gilles Crofta

Life is a bitch. Keeps screwing me over, and I take blow after blow, sucking it up, giving her the finger.
Don’t get me wrong: I love women. Especially one woman – Madeline. She’s gorgeous, she’s sexy, she’s goddamn perfect.
Plus – minor detail – she has a boyfriend already.
Not that she’d want anything to do with the likes of me. Apprentice tattoo artist, former homeless person, covered in ink, without a penny to my name.
And sort of cursed. I mean, I’d be lucky to run into a girl, any girl, on my way in and out of hospitals with the way life has been knocking me about lately.
But I’m not lucky. Never was. Doesn’t look like that’s gonna change any day soon, either.
Until the day the girl of my dreams literally runs into me. With her car.
Life hates me, and if this isn’t a clue, then I don’t know what is.

Standalone novel. No cliffhanger.
*Warning: this book contains graphic language, sex, and violence. Mature readers only. Not intended for young readers.*

SETH is book 3 in the series Damage Control - a series set in the same world as Inked Brotherhood. The boys of Damage Control were taken in by Zane Madden and Rafe Vestri and offered apprenticeship and work in the tattoo shop Damage Control.
Next in the Damage Control series: SHANE(Damage Control 4).

The moment he’s out of the room, I bury my face in my hands. Stupid to feel so down because Fred wouldn’t kiss me, but it has been a sucky week. I’ve a right to feel low, right? I feel… confused. Sad.
Torn.
I don’t want to leave. Hard to deny my heart beats faster every time I’m near Seth.
Why do I like how strong he is, so much stronger than Fred? I shouldn’t be comparing them. Shouldn’t be thinking that Fred’s shoulders suddenly seem too narrow, his jaw too slender, that he seems too soft compared to the toughness radiating off Seth.
I shouldn’t wonder how Seth kisses, if sweet and slow, or hard and demanding. If he’d have kissed me, pushed me against the wall and held me there, pressed his body to mine if he’d been the one with me at the party.
Doesn’t matter. He wasn’t.
He’s not the one I want. I’m not picturing him in the shower, naked and—
No, I’m not.
Clenching my hands, I get up. I want Fred. I like the fact he’s slender and sweet, that I’m not afraid of him overpowering me, taking me against my will. That he’s so sensitive and careful. The confusion will clear when I’m out of here, far from Seth.
Can’t see my purse. I turn in a circle and spot it on the floor under the low table. I squat down to grab it and notice a crumbled piece of paper. I lift it, straighten it out on the table for Seth to find later.
It’s a photo, and the sight of it stops me as I prepare to stand up and go. The ink has faded to brown and yellow. It’s old and spent a long time folded, the creases so deep they’re about to tear open.
It’s the photo of two women and two boys. The women look like sisters, light-skinned and fair, and the boys look like brothers—dark hair and dark, exotic eyes. I’m pretty sure I know who they are. I smooth my fingertip over a small, smiling face, over familiar broad cheekbones and thick-lashed eyes.
A mother he’d thought dead for—how long? I wonder. How long was she missing? And what happened to him while she was gone? It’s hard to smooth out the wrinkles in the paper. The anger that made him crumble up something he’d obviously kept for a long time, a kind of talisman, a memory, makes my eyes sting.
Before I know it, I’m on my feet and looking for him. Can’t hear the shower running yet. I step into a tiny hallway. The bathroom door is open and I halt before he sees me, my breath hitching.
Whoa.
He’s standing at the sink, a hand on his chest between his hard pecs, head bowed, dark hair hiding his eyes. But God, his back… Broad and muscular, covered in intricate ink—snakes, feathers, ladders, claws, demons—and matching ink on his chest, reflected in the mirror, spreading down his pecs, stretching over his padded shoulders.
A snake, mouth open, fangs dripping. I know this tattoo. It’s the photo I saw hanging inside Damage Control.
He’s so frigging hot my body ignites, my blood burns, thumping heavily in the base of my throat, deep inside my belly, between my legs.
Jesus. This can’t be happening. I should go.
He lifts his head and our gazes meet in the mirror. I’m caught, unable to move, helplessly looking on as his eyes darken to black. His hand, still pressed against his chest, curls into a tight fist. His mouth is beautiful, wide and full, his jaw dark with stubble. I want to touch it, run my fingers against it, let it scrape my skin.
He turns around before I run and this close up, with his chest bared, his ink revealed, I’m rapidly forgetting my reasons for needing to go. His beauty hits me full-force—extraordinary, fierce, striking.
Crap, crap, crap.
