Then he saw her... Was it her smile? Was it her laugh? He didn't know what it was, but she already had his heart. She was beautiful.

Melody was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she lives with her husband, son and two dogs. The whole family are avid Pittsburgh Penguins fans and like going to hockey games when they get the chance. Melody enjoys taking her son to meet the players on game days. It's no secret that meeting the players is just as exciting for her as it is for her son; especially when it comes to her favorite player!

Review: 

Score on Me is a good book. It definitely fulfills the wishes of those of us who would love nothing more than to get together with our favorite hockey players.

Kat was a relatable character, far from perfect. And to see her change and grow throughout the book was pleasure. She was a good, strong character and I enjoyed the fact that she had body issues. It was easier to relate to her and many more people will probably be able to connect with her because of it. 

Kris was a sweetheart and I was glad I could get to practice my french skills. He was really sweet, and I found myself wishing I could find someone like him. He's just sigh.

There were a few awkward phrasings in the book but they were mostly small, little things that didn't detract from the book. 

We were also given Kris' and Kat's perspectives. It allows readers to get a glimpse into their heads, see things from their point of view and see what is going on. It adds to the conflict in the book and I enjoyed both perspectives.

Score on Me is a good book and if you're dying for some hockey romance or pining for your own hockey man, than give it a look!
