There's a saying, I can't remember it exactly but it's something like, 'you never really know what you've got until it's gone'. I've thought I knew how that felt many times in my life. Prior to marrying my wonderful soul mate, I had serious relationships that ended and thought I knew then. I've had long-term friendships end and thought I knew then. I've left secure jobs and though I knew then.

But I was wrong.

I did learn the true meaning of that saying though, when my parents died, almost eleven months to the day apart.

Talk about a serious kick in the rear.

Angela and Mel's Cupcake Recipes!

So, if you didn't know the month of May on my blog is a month of promotion for Carolyn Ridder Aspenson, who is the author of Unfinished Business and Unbreakable Bonds(Both of which I have reviewed, just go look into the review list for the links). She included this book of cupcake recipes in an email and I thought that I would share this with you! It all sounds so delicious but I haven't got any kind of baking bone in my body so you'll have to let me know what they taste like! Also let me know if you have any issues accessing the pdf file. Interview with Carolyn Ridder Aspenson!

My interview today is with Carolyn Ridder Aspenson author of the Amazon and Barnes & Noble bestseller Unfinished Business (paranormal, contemporary women's fiction, 4.6 stars, 73 reviews) and the second book in the series, Unbreakable Bonds, (paranormal, contemporary women's fiction, 4.8 stars, 14 reviews).

Before we start the interview, let's find out a bit about Unfinished Business and Unbreakable Bonds.

One minute Angela's a typical stay at home mom, and the next, she's a psychic psychologist to the dead.

Ghosts aren't real. At least that's what Angela Panther believed right up until the moment her late mother popped in for a chat. What can I say about this book? It was an amazing book, one that I will go back and read again and again. Angela and her mother, even with her mother dead, has this amazing banter that you can't help but chuckle at.
